Happy St. Patrick's Day

Walking through Copperhouse in Hayle, I stopped to admire this now unused building. I love its architecture, and I imagine in its prime, it was quite an exquisite looking building. I'm not sure of the dates, but I have been told this used to be a theatre and then probably turned into a cinema. Now, it doesn't seem to house any type of business - except what looks to have been a pizza/burger joint.
I hope this building gets restored, rather than torn down, during the Regeneration of the Hayle Area. Restoration of old buildings like this one, add such character to any area.
