Canine Hydrotherapy?

When there's been plenty of rainfall, the sand dunes at Gwithian provide wonderful, gigantic pools of water throughout the dunes. Large enough, that we get to take our collie, Molokini, for a swim.

Getting out of the pool at the other end, were 2 huge Alsation (German Shepherd) dogs. Their session was over, as their owner whistled for them to get out of the water, and unfortunately, Molokini had to do without playmates.

Just over these dunes is Gwithian beach. No dogs allowed, 1 April - 1 October!

This is Molokini, she loves to chase rabbits! Her ears are up, because there are wild rabbits less than 200 meters away...

At the moment, she fancies a rest, we've been out walking her, about 6 miles this afternoon.

Hungry Like a Wolf!!!

Sorry for missing a day's blog.... I was going to use my dog as an excuse, but then.... I forgot, I don't go to school anymore!

Taking my Collie for her daily walks are always a hoot! She hunts for rabbits along the sand dunes and you can just see on her face how excited she is! (Although, I'm not sure sometimes... she looks like that after she just had a poo... hmmm)

Companion, Best Friend

I love my Collie... sometimes she reminds me of when I was a child and oh, how I do miss those days - NO RESPONSIBILITIES!
